Crystal Joifrita, MS, LPC

Crystal offers counseling for children, adolescents, and adults and while she works with a variety of issues, her primary interests are anxiety, grief, pregnancy and infant loss, and life transitions.  She has a non judgmental, compassionate approach to counseling that focuses in your strengths and helps you build the skills you need to continue on your path of personal growth.

Her style of therapy is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but she also pulls from a variety of techniques and modalities catered to each individual person because she believes each person's journey and story is unique.

Crystal began working in private practice in 2010 and has experience working in a variety of settings including a community mental health agency, schools, a college campus, residential and in home settings. Crystal became a counselor because she is passionate about supporting and educating people as they seek answers and continue on their own personal journey.
